Cino Adelson is an organizational development and training consultant who guides individuals, teams, and organizations in becoming their best.

In today’s environment it is increasingly important to get your project teams off to a good start.  Time wasted on the front end only further takes away from the time needed on the project when you are in the midst of rolling out the product or service.  This presentation will provide you with a kickoff checklist and tools to enable you to get your project off to a good start.  Some of the topics we will address are as follows:

  • Forming a clear charter
  • Building the types of team relationships to achieve big goals
  • Decision making tools and processes
  • Defining clear roles and responsibilities upfront
  • How to integrate new team members
  • Building trust
  • Managing expectations
